State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council held meeting of expert groups

Representatives of the State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council processed another package of appeals from taxpayers.

Participants discussed value added tax administration, registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations and submission of the VAT payer data tables. State of execution of court decisions by the Tax Service was also considered.

Representatives of the State Tax Service provided legal reasoning regarding raised questions and recommendations for solution of individual cases.

On some issues, agreement was reached for more detailed review by tax officials and notification of made decisions to the Business Ombudsman Council.
