Draft project on informing payers about existence of debt is starting

State Tax Service of Ukraine will start draft project on informing taxpayers (payers of single contribution) about existence of tax debt from payments control over payment of which is entrusted to tax authorities, as well as about arrears from single contribution through Contact Center of the State Tax Service of Ukraine from March 25, 2024.

Purpose of draft project is to increase awareness level of taxpayers (payers of single contribution) about existence of tax debt from payments, control over payment of which is entrusted to tax authorities, shortcomings in payment of single contribution, as well as to promote voluntary repayment of such debt by taxpayers.

Taxpayers – debtors will be provided with information about amount of debts accounted for by them in terms of taxes/levies and single contribution, as well as territorial bodies of the State Tax Service, in which existing debt is accounted for, through Contact Center of the State Tax Service.

Draft project will last for three months.
