STS has processed 635 requests for public information since the beginning of 2021

State Tax Service of Ukraine received 635 requests for public information in January – March 2021.

Of the total number, 60 requests were received by mail, 571 by e-mail and 4 by the requester in person.

The biggest number of requests for public information was sent by individuals, namely 398 requests. The number of 183 requests for public information was received from legal entities in January – March 2021. The number of 9 requests was received from associations of citizens without the status of a legal entity and 45 from the mass media representatives.

According to consideration results: 411 requests were satisfied with the provision of information, 142 requests were refused due to the non-compliance of requests with the Law of Ukraine as of 13.01.2011 №2939-IV “On access to public information” and 82 requests were sent back as inappropriate.
