Procedure for conducting operational accounting of taxes, fees, charges and single contribution by the tax authorities will be in force from the 5th of April 2021
Procedure for conducting operational accounting of taxes, fees, charges and a single contribution to compulsory state social insurance by the tax authorities, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 12.01.2021 № 5 (hereinafter – Procedure) will come into force from the 5th of April 2021.
Procedure was developed to replace the Procedure for conducting state accounting of taxes and fees, customs and other payments to budgets, single contribution to compulsory state social insurance by bodies of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 07.04.2016 № 422 which is currently expired.
Adoption of Procedure ensures settlement of the whole range of business processes related to operational accounting of payments, taking into account the deadlines for monitoring the timeliness and completeness of the transfer of information from payers’ primary documents to their integrated cards. Automatization of process will be carried out within the framework of the “Public Finance Management Support Program in Ukraine (EU4PFM)”.
